Places at our lectures, seminars and dinners may be booked using the forms below. Lectures and seminars are free of charge; a fee applies for dinners to cover catering costs.

Booking is not strictly required for lectures and seminars, but it helps us plan seating and refreshments. If you wish to attend, please complete the form below or simply arrive on the day.

Dinner Booking
Places at dinner are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis. The cost is £40 per person for three courses and wine, payable by bank transfer on confirmation. Dietary requirements can be noted in the form below.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel a booking, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing the Secretary. For dinner cancellations, please note that refunds can only be offered if cancellation is received at least seven days before the event.
Payment for Dinners
On booking, you will receive an email confirming your place together with bank transfer details. Payment should be made within seven days of booking. Please use your surname and the event date as the payment reference.
